1- Who we are

Welcome to Watx's official online store. On this site you will find official Watx products, be able to view them up close, check their characteristics and opt for direct delivery of products to your home. We have created this virtual space so that you can enjoy the “point-and-click” shopping experience (point with cursor and click), consistent with our philosophy. The Watx online store has entrusted Zerogray Ibérica with its online purchases, operations, technology and customer service – sector leader in e-commerce services and high-quality solutions for top, international companies.

2-Ordering a Product

On our home page, you can find links to our different products and their respective categories, in addition to information regarding ordering a product, the different payment methods available, the delivery of products, and exchanging or getting a refund on you purchase.
When making a purchase, you will be required to provide personal information necessary for delivery of your products. You will also be required to register as a user in the Watx online shop by introducing your email address and choosing a password that will allow you to access your account in the future. Your personal information will be handled in strict accordance with current regulations and legislation and within the terms and conditions on the registration page. The Watx online store cannot process orders on behalf of customers who do not accept Zerogrey Ibérica's terms of use of personal information. Credit card information will not be registered or retained by Zerogrey Ibérica. For further information regarding the strict security applied to your purchase, please visit the “Payments” section of the site.

3-Pre-orders and orders in process.

Once you have ordered your product in the Watx online store, you can confirm information about present and past purchases by accessing the “Your Orders” link, within your account, using the email address and password chosen upon registering. Within your personal account area, you can check the progress of your orders. To check on orders already in process (that have not already been confirmed or paid), click on the “Shopping Cart” link. If you would like to recover your access information, please click on “I forgot my password”.
4- Copyright and registered brands
The design of the online store and all the material contained therein (for purely illustrative purposes: brands, logos, HTML code, text content, creative design, images) are an integral part of the Watx online store and are protected by copyright. Unauthorised use of this content, including the copying of content, or inclusion of an association with non-original site content is not permitted and will be subject to legal action. 5- Dispatch and delivery information

To ensure a speedy and punctual delivery of orders to our customers, the Watx online shop is associated with the best express transport services available. Dispatch agencies are selected in accordance with the destination of the order, in addition to the type of product sent.
Delivery costs will be detailed in your Shopping Cart, and will be included in the total cost of your order in the “Check and Pay” screen. The total cost will be charged upon confirmation of the payment. Please check that no charge is owed to the transport company upon delivery of the product.
Order process:
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. Orders made after 17:00 on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
• Products in stock in the Watx online store will be processed and sent within 10 working days upon receipt of payment, handled by Zerogrey Ibérica.
• In the event that one or more products were not available, required a late delivery, their availability produced a conflict with the Watx online store, or for any other reason, Zerogrey Ibérica would contact you by email to communicate the aforementioned information.

Please take special care if you are making a purchase for the first time in the online store, the process can take a little longer owing to the requirement for user information or additional.
Checking orders:
In order to revise and check information corresponding to your order, please enter the “Your orders” section of your personal account area.
Delivery of Orders:
In general, orders for within Spain will arrive between approximately 24 and 48 hours of having been dispatched to the transport company.
Orders for the rest of Europe will be delivered within approximately 2-3 days.
Orders for the rest of the world will be delivered within approximately 5-10 days (excluding possible delays at Customs).

6- Taxes and International Customs Laws

Within the European Union: Taxes or duties do not apply for orders delivered within the European Union. Customers will not be required to pay additional duty to receive their order.
Outside of the European Union: Orders destined for outside the European Union are exempt from Spanish taxes. However, the destination country has the right to impose taxes or duties, and this cost will be determined upon arrival of the package in the destination country.
Deliveries to the United States: Deliveries made to the United States are also subject to taxes and duties. The proprietor of the package is responsible for the payment of said taxes. Customs will also require the proprietor of the package to provide a security number or importation number for non-American citizens – a number assigned by citizen border protection.
Customs Rulings: the consumer bears the responsibility to ensure that the package is adequate for customs and contains all the required information or with pertinent duty payments completed. If the package does not pass border control, it will be returned to the warehouse.

7- Return Policy

The Customer Service department welcomes you to Watx, where you can purchase with complete security and tranquillity. Upon receiving your order, please check that the product received is as requested. If this is not the case, you must return partially, or completely, the product(s) to be exchanged for another product (of the same or smaller value) available in the Watx online store.
Watx's online store policy permits the return of products acquired within 7 days of the date of receipt of the product, in exchange for another product (of the same or smaller value) and/or a partial or complete refund of the paid amount. To complete the refund please contact
spain@zerogrey.com  and indicate whether your require a refund or exchange of product.
In order for a refund or product change to be accepted, all products must be received by the Customer Service department at Zerogrey Ibérica in perfect condition and in the original packaging. To initiate a refund or product exchange, products must be sent to the address found at the bottom of the page. Before sending, please insert the following address in the Refund Form along with the form from the original order. In the event that you want a refund for the product without exchanging it for a product of the same or a smaller value in the online store, Zerogrey Ibérica will assume the return transport costs and will return the total cost of the product minus €8 for processing costs.

8-Refunds

In partially, or completely exchanging your order, or in all of cases requiring a refund, Zerogrey Ibérica will complete refunds in the following ways:
(1) All orders originally paid for with a credit card or via PayPal will be returned to the original credit card or PayPal account.
(2) All orders made by national bank transfer will be refunded by bank transfer, after you have supplied the following bank details: (a) IBAN and account holder information for Spanish accounts o: (b) IBAN, BIC and Routing Number for foreign bank accounts.
(3) All orders made using international bank transfers will be refunded via PayPal.
